How this version looked
Your home farm is only the start. FarmVille grew dozens of themed farms (worlds), and on L.O.S Farms every one of them is free.
How to travel
Open the Travel menu in the game. It shows 8 farms a page in two rows. Each world appears in the menu by itself the next time you log in, and you can travel there straight away. There's no separate shop to unlock worlds.
Each farm keeps its own land, items, quests, unlocks, and currency. Your first visit to a farm starts its currency at its usual amount.
Landmarks
Each themed farm started with a big building of its own: Hawaii's Volcano Reef, Jade Falls' Mountain Palace, Savannah Safari's Safari Lodge, the Emerald City, the Toy Mansion, and the rest. It arrives in your Gift Box the next time you visit that farm. Place it wherever you like; you can move it later. Winter Wonderland's Polar Train Station works the same way.
The farms
The classic themed farms include English Countryside, Lighthouse Cove, Haunted Hollow, Hawaiian Paradise, Winter Wonderland, Jade Falls, Enchanted Glen, Atlantis, Australia, Celestial Pastures, Sweet Acres, Mystical Groves, Holiday Lights, Fields of El Dorado, Emerald Valley, Mediterranean Riviera, Oasis Gardens, Horseman's Hollow, Fairytale Fields, Toy Town, A Winter Fable, and Fisherman's Cove.
Later farms with painted scenery: Mistletoe Lane, Savannah Safari, Snowyville, Wild West Ranch, Treasure Tides, Alpine Jingle, Phantom Valley, Namaste India, Story of Sakura, Caveman Club, Ode To Olympus, El Carnaval, Groovy Hills, Avalon, Angler's Pond, and Hanging Gardens.
On these, the whole farm is one painted landscape, so your crops and buildings sit right on the scenery. All of Story of Sakura's four regions are open.
League farms open while their event runs. See Leagues.
For the history of each farm, see Themed Farms.
Special farms
- Farmville Village (Farmer's Square): a village of workshops and orders with its own coins. See Crafting & Workshops.
- Lighthouse Cove: the cove building, its Restaurant, and the cove orchard. See Crafting & Workshops.
- Fisherman's Cove: its story starts when you arrive (from level 15), one chapter at a time.
- A Winter Fable: can be expanded from the Market's Expansions tab while you're there, up to 50 × 50, for coins or Farm Cash. Frost Berries and its other "water" crops can be planted.
Expansion treasures
Expanding many travel farms uncovers that farm's treasures past the old fence: tombs, snow gifts, flotsam, chests, and rubble. Open them with tools (pickaxes, mallets, nets and so on, 1 Farm Cash each) or Complete Now. Each one becomes one of that farm's decorations, animals, or trees, and gives you a tool toward the next. Some expansions come with a free building, like Haunted Hollow's aviary, Jade Falls' orchard, and Hawaii's water tractor. See Expansions.
If a trip goes wrong
- "Unable to load farm": reload the game and try again.
- A farm looks completely empty: reload once. If it's still empty, post in Bug Reports with a screenshot and the farm's name.
- A farm is missing from Travel: reload. If it's still missing, tell us which one in Bug Reports.
